1. What is Cercle Social's mission ?
Cercle Social's mission is to improve access to secondary education for disadvantaged youth in Benin and provide them with the necessary tools to secure further studies and employment.
2. How did Cercle Social start ?
Cercle Social USA was initiated in October 2010 in Saint Louis, Missouri with the collaboration of young Benin citizens. The organization started as a group of people that shared the desire to take action for the development of their country by improving and prioritizing the quality of education. Cercle means Circle in French and describes the community of people caring and acting as one towards the same cause. This community of volunteers and donors is engaged to help the vulnerable youth in Benin reach their education goals. Cercle Social USA started its first support activities in Benin in November 2010.
3. Where does Cercle Social work ?
Cercle Social USA works in rural areas in Benin
4. Our Projects
Our projects focus on secondary education for students from low-income families, with an emphasis on girls, orphans and disabled.
5. Is the donation link secure ?
Online donations are collected using PayPal. We have selected PayPal for three main reasons: security, confidentiality, and worldwide currencies. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, without sharing financial information. These reasons have motivated Cercle Social to use PayPal as a donation platform. Payments are accepted in up to twenty international currencies. Enter the amount you wish to donate and you will be redirected to a secure PayPal page to complete the transaction.
